We met the founder, Richard Herman, who is an amazing person with sense of humanity; who absolutely welcomed us with a big smile and he acknowledged our problem. He didn’t hesitate to personally contact the DHS office to correct the error in my wife’s I-94 record. Attorney Herman went above and beyond to follow up on the case until everything was corrected in less than two days. I am very grateful for his dedication to help us. Wow, i must say, its not too often that you call a law firm and ask them if their services will help in our case, but this law firm is honest and said that the INS process is the process they will follow and by hiring our firm it will not make a difference.
