Richard was very professional; I have a very difficult situation to deal with and he did a great job of finding and applying relevant case law precedent. He came up with very useful recommendations and ideas that will help me in my current situation.

It was my wife who found Richard. So many lawyers were introduced to her, some with more years of experience. She doesn’t care about the many years of experience that others had. She told me that there was something about Richard and that she wants him to be our attorney. That was the best decision we ever made. Richard and his team turned out to be the most amazing set of people, exceptional in every way. Richard is always busy but trust him to always call you back when he is done with his meetings. He walked the whole length of our immigration process with us. He explained in details what we are to expect and provided counseling whenever we are confused. In two years, our asylum application was approved!! It’s rare, it doesn’t happen very often. Everyone believes he must be some sort of a wizard or magical creature to be able to make this happen. They were absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and with a full heart, I can say that I am now a resident of the USA, which gives us great stability for our future. It is still amazing to us that this all happened even through COVID-19! Richard is very passionate about immigration law and you can tell that he truly cares about his clients. At certain times, it was a bit difficult to reach them but eventually, all of our questions were answered plenty of time before any deadlines - I just imagine they can get busy. My wife and I retained Richard’s services for a matter regarding green card. We consulted with 2 other attorneys prior to talking with Richard, and there was no doubt in our minds he was the best for our case. We really appreciated his way of thinking during the consultation which clearly displayed his wealth of experience and knowledge in similar cases. For example, he was the only one to point out the ability to get a Temporary I-551 Stamp. Richard was able to aptly chart the best course of action for our specific situation. When FedEx had issues to deliver due to weather and this would have meant not meeting the USCIS deadline, Richard sent another copy of the documents with a letter to explain the situation through UPS.
