This lawyer does not listen to his client. He is rude. He does not return phone calls. His work is of poor quality. He does not pay attention to detail. Run away.

He's very hardworking, dependable, reliable, and he doesn't "beat around the bush". He will work hard for you and has reasonable fees including, many times, a client's favorite type of retainer: a flat retainer. He'll estimate the costs and it will be one fee and he will even make concessions sometimes to split payments, although that's never guaranteed. He is a reasonable man, though, and a good lawyer. If you need a criminal defense lawyer or appellate lawyer, he's the man for the job.
