Brett is very arrogant he doesn’t return phone calls my boyfriend been in the county for a year with little to no communication or evidence holding him there I just don’t understand he’s not even fighting a body case!

I dismissed his help and in one sit down w a public defender I got all charges dropped and one modified to disorderly conduct. To each his own. I don’t share the same opinion. Our HOA has retained Kaman and Cusimano for the past 12 years and it was a very wise move that has paid off in many ways. We have made many (free) calls to them to get advice on various items usually involving rules and regulations, By-Laws and Declarations, and other matters of legal policy. They are prompt in getting back with us and always offer thorough and very helpful legal guidance. The annual retainer fee we pay them is MORE than worth it. Would recommend these folks in a heartbeat.
