Our Board of Directors has attended every seminar offered since we became clients of Kaman & Cusimano. We have learned something new from every seminar. Sometimes the topic doesn't sound urgent for our complex but we attend and comment afterward, "Well, I didn't know that", or "Oops, guess we need to add that at the next document review". Sometimes the questions from other groups and the responses answer questions for us that we didn't even know we needed to ask. We highly recommend every board member attend. Kaman & Cusimano seminars provide sustenance for the body and mind.

The Fall Seminar was the first seminar I attended. I found it to be very interesting and I learned some very useful information. I look forward to attending more of the seminars.

My HOA hired K&C in 2013 and have been pleased with the many services we receive. Our board of trustee members do attend the various seminars and find them informative, timely, and filled with "best-practice" protocols and policies. The seminars are offered in a number of locations and times. There is a pre-seminar Q &A with one of the firm's attorneys that provides helpful information covering a number of topics. The seminars are well organized, the seminar booklets are well prepared and informative, and the seminar itself is timely and interesting. There is time afterwards to ask specific questions that ones condo/HOA may be experiencing. One other service that K&C provides their customers is the ability to call for a 15 minute quick consultation about a specific issue that may arise from time-to-time. I feel our HOA receives a good return on investment by utilizing K&C as legal resource.

I have been trying repeatedly to contact them to pay in full what I owe. They refuse to respond, and only finally did so when I got a lawyer and he called. Then they did everything in their power to delay as long as possible in an attempt to drag things out and take as much as they could from me. Absolute scumbags.

I recently attended the Fall seminar entitled "Disaster Will Strike! Planning and Preparing for the Unexpected." Judging from the serious title, I anticipated a factual (and possibly boring) meeting, but one that my condo board needed to hear. It far exceeded my expectations! Great handouts, lots of useful information, specific examples, with just the right amount of humor to keep it entertaining! Congratulations to the presenters and staff for a very worthwhile seminar!

I've served on our board for many years and have had the privilege of having Kaman & Cusimano in our corner for all of those years. I have attended several of the seminars they offer and the information they provide is invaluable. The materials they give us at the seminars is easy to follow and sits in my library of association materials. Additionally, they have helped our board prepare vendor contracts and keep us up to date with any changes necessitated by changes in the law that pertains to condos. I simply can't imagine where we'd be without them!

This seminar, like the other K&C seminars I've attended, did more than cover the subject (in this case, insurance). It explained what coverage condo associations need and what to do and not do in order to maintain your coverage and assure that your activities/events/losses are covered. Don't let a misstep leave you exposed — attend the seminar and learn how your board members' behavior can affect your coverage. A K&C seminar has never wasted my time. The information comes at you so thick and fast that it's like drinking from a firehose, and the seminar booklet is an excellent medium for taking notes.

I have served on my board for nine years and attended both seminars each year. Attendance at the seminars has taught me a great deal and every time I learn something new, even at the seminar I attended twice. In addition, attendance at these seminars has given me the confidence in dealing with the issues that come up in my association in dealing residents, vendors, and board members effectively. Because of the confidence and knowledge these seminars have provided I feel happy to be a board member and to be of help to my association. I will never miss a seminar and strongly recommend them.
