Thomas P Ryan came highly recommended to me! It turned out to be a great recommendation. I was an out-of-state defendant in a case re contracts. He quickly grasped the essence of a new field, planned a response, and won the case!!! He listened to his client and made me feel involved in what we were doing. He had clarity and patience as he explained how and why he had shaped my defense..... and took us to the offense! My original attorney was quite impressed with Mr Ryan's handling of the case which did prevail. I highly recommend Mr. Thomas P. Ryan! He is a very intelligent and very capable young attorney.

Tom represented me in a defamation lawsuit. I had been representing myself as the defendant, but as the litigation became more complex it was clear that I would need to seek professional representation. I contacted Tom Ryan and he was immediately put at ease with his knowledge and understanding of defamation law. In a very short period of time, Tom submitted a Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim. The lawsuit was successfully dismissed with prejudice, putting an end to entire ordeal. Ryan saw an angle and after some deliberation decided to take me on as a client. I'm very glad he did, as about a year later the case settled for an extraordinary amount thanks to Ryan's efforts. Thomas Ryan is a very smart, sincere, and professional attorney. His knowledge of the legal system is extensive and case preparation is well above average. I felt confident in his abilities and credentials. He is very approachable and forthright. He was always responsive (never more than an hour or so would go by without a follow up to my voicemail or e-mail) and made himself available whenever I had questions, which was often outside of regular business hours. He helped me win a landlord-tenant case, which went on for an extended period of time. I won not only the original claim against me, but also the counterclaim against the landlord, which Tom recommended I file. Separately, he also gave me great legal advice on estate planning and wills for my parents. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
