I was referred to Tom Silk when I got in a car wreck in 2021. Tom and Mikayla have been wonderful to me and really took the time to educated me on the process every step of the way. I’m very satisfied with the entire firm and will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a responsible and diligent lawyer in the Cleveland area!

5 stars doesn't begin to cover how highly I recommend Tim! I hired Tim for two separate OVI charges that occurred roughly 1 year apart from each other. He was able to get both of them knocked down to lesser charges, have my fines greatly reduced, and my full driving privileges back in under 6 months of each case. He fought harder for me and went above and beyond every single step of the way. Throughout the entire process he treated me like a person, not just a client. I was conversed with and talked to genuinely and he provided me with all of the information on what my maximum sentance could be and how he was going to do his best to reduce it. I appreciated having all of the information to know what to expect if things did not go as favorably as we would like; however, he absolutely was incredible. In both cases (different court systems) he was able to get me better outcomes than I anticipated! Tim is phenomenal at communication, he kept me updated every single step of the way - so I was never left feeling insecure about his dedication to my case and bringing about the best results possible. He genuinely cares about the clients he represents and understands the negative impact the charges could have on their life, family, and overall well-being. Margolius, Margolius and Associates had been recommended to me by a friend since they handled a disability claim very well. I contacted the law firm and spoke with Attorney Ms. Emily Warren, along with Paralegal Donna Jones, who handled the disability claim which consisted of a vast amount of paperwork and filings. I was awarded a partial amount for the claim. Emily prepared an appeal and presented it to the Board of Trustees for my retirement system.
