I never thought I would be in the position to need a personal injury attorney but after an accident that left a lot of bills and questions we were referred to Mike Czack. From the moment we first met him we felt like he actually cared more about me getting the proper care/treatment to get me back to proper health than the actual lawsuit we were starting. Any time of day/night weekend or not he would answer ANY questions by text, email or phone call. The multiple times we met he would come out to wherever was convenient to us. The professionalism of himself and his staff was beyond exemplary. Even after we have settled our claim he has checked up on our family. I got into a car accident a few years ago..my car was a total loss , and after a day or so I started with bad headaches, among a bunch of other symptoms - had whiplash and was diagnosed with a concussion/post concussive syndrome/ occipital neuralgia. I contacted Merriman Legal after that and they walked me through what needed to be done, and helped me through the process. It wasn't easy going through it all but it was worth it in the end. Tom Hobbs is my attorney and I just have to say he is the best! I am lucky to have worked with him because not only was he nice, he was super responsive and was patient with all my questions or if I didn't understand something. That's more important to me than anything. Such a pleasure to work with. Hannah is such a pleasure too! Honestly, if you get into an accident, don't wait.
