My experience with Tom Merriman and his team was beyond excellent. My wife and I required a lawyer following a personal tragedy. It was not a situation we wanted to be in but after speaking with Tom we knew that he would represent us well and to the fullest. Over the course of a year and several months, Tom and his team worked diligently to see our case to a positive resolution. At every milestone, he personally contacted us to explain what was going on and was always available to answer questions. Furthermore, he was never in a rush to move on to another client. He would take the time to listen, answer questions and explain the sometimes difficult legal issues that our case encountered. That personal touch helped to calm the anxieties we experienced due to our situation and the case that came from it. He and his team succeeded through their hard work in taking a very negative situation and making a positive experience for both my wife and me. He and his team come highly recommended.
