Mike Rasor is, quite simply, exceptional. He is astute, knowledgeable, inventive, and responsive. One could not ask for more capable representation or a better advocate. He is always available and responds quickly. I have dealt with many attorneys over the past 40 years and have never been associated with anyone close to Mike. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I must also mention Mike's firm. I retained Cavitch Famillo and Durkin for several business issues and also updated my estate plan. Again, I am impressed with their level of professionalism, thoroughness and responsiveness. In my experience, they beat the most prestigious firms in the city that I dealt with hands down.

This firm mismanaged my parents trust and failed to file paperwork in a timely manner. Many mistakes were made which led to a lawsuit that lasted over 4 years. We had to hire other counsel to defend our parents trust. When trial ended, they sent us a bill for everything they mishandled. Our attorney inquired about their bill and they never responded. We assumed the issue was over. Five months later, we get a bill from a debt collector and a very rude phone call demanding payment. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them for Trust work. Very sloppy with paperwork.

I think Brad Hull is one of the few attorneys out there that you can trust. If you are looking to have a trust drawn up I would highly suggest that you go to Brad, at Cavitch, Familo and Durkin. Long story short; a major brokerage firm we do business with wanted us to bring in a copy of the trust to our meeting. We sat in the meeting discussing this that and the other and then ask, aren’t you going to look at the trust? And they said “we don’t have to. We have seen this companies work before and they are very thorough. You would be surprised at the shoddy work that comes through here that other law firms have done”.

Brad Hull was great in creating our gun trusts. He made the process for an out of state family member go smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend! We've had Cavitch Famillo Durkin Co LPA handling our Estate plan for many years and have been very happy with them.

First, the good--Brad completed the desired work exactly as requested. On the negative side, he was a no-show for a couple of telephone appoints we set between us.

Brad Hull represented me for my child custody case and his hard persistent work led to a big win for my family and I. This is a tremendous firm that I recommend to all people.

VERY DISAPPOINTED... Charged over price amounts with little effort and recorded more hours attempted. Not worth what they think they are worth. Regret choosing them unless you have a fortune.
