I became acquainted with Rick Zurz when I represented a financial institution that was adverse to one of Mr. Zurz's clients with respect to a commercial loan transaction. Although Rick represented his client zealously, he did so at all times in a professional and courteous manner. I feel that Rick shared my goal to resolve the problem before us in a reasonable, efficient and cost-effective manner, and I enjoyed working with him to achieve that goal.
