My apologies I'm terrible with names, however the lady I spoke with on the phone about my accident was fantastic! At a time I felt I had no where else to turn, a point where I am getting nothing but run around from a hit and run. Monge & Associates assured me they are the people for the job and I trust them with my lively hood right now! Thank you so much for all of the reassuring help and putting my mind to ease that I really will get help and not just get highway robbed and sent on my way. You're good people! If anything was to ever happen again I would highly recommend your firm!

olivia was absolutely wonderful!!! My fiance got in an auto accident and we were so worried about the overwhelming paperwork and phone calls we would have to make and she explained very clearly that they will handle EVERYTHING! Immediately made us feel so much relief plus she has amazing costumer service. Thank you thank you thank you Monge!!

Craig was absolutely phenomenal handling our case..he made the process almost effortless.. he eliminated most of the stress that was involved . He kept us well informed the entire process and if we weren't able to get hold of him with questions there was hardly any downtime waiting for a response..highly recommend him and his firm... hopefully I won't need to again but would not hesitate to call him or monge and associates
