We're very thankful to have Azaad Khaira working on our case. Very bad customer service. The lady who answered my call was horribly rude and arrogant. Be careful. Avoid this law office. I had the exactly same experience as what Phina E described in the review. I don't know the name of the lady who answered my phone. We spoke Chinese and obviously Chinese is her first language. So I think the office found a very bad excuse for their staff when replying Phina's experience. That's even worse that you didn't acknowledge your fault. I will never ever use your service and spread my experience among my friends. I actually didn't do anything. I just peacefully said my friend tried to call you from China but couldn't get answered. The lady was suddenly mad and said that's impossible and then started talking very aggressively and rudely. I also agree that $400 of the first consultation fee is ridiculous. I never heard about that. In other law office, it is free. You guys don't need to use their service. There are a lot of good immigration lawyers in US. If you choose to use them, good luck!

First and foremost. I’d like to give a huge thank you to Fabiola, & Grecia. These two ladies worked tremendously hard to help my parents get their permanent residency, due to certain circumstances, it was very difficult. I definitely recommend them for your immigration needs! It has been a huge blessing to our family!
