I did not have to deal with a ton of different people. Only my attorney and the paralegal. They were both informative and always helpful. My attorney even shaved off his fee because he would have received more than I was awarded once all my expenses were paid. If I ever find myself hurt in an accident again, (heaven forbid!) Nurenberg will be the first people I call!

I'm giving this a three out of five from my experience with the staff. Now there was a person named Kim white, she was absolutely amazing, truly she was nice, patient and forthright. She is great employee with excellent customer service skills knowing how to communicate. On the other hand, there was a lawyer who I spoke to who couldn't have been any more disregarding and careless, named Robert Horton. The man is in general terms, an asshole. He only see clients as dollar denomination. I'd recommend avoiding him as a representative for any case.
