I came to Joe with a dumpster fire of a case. Joe and his team (Nicole and Kelley) took my case after I LOST my custody trial, when there was no hope, I felt like my entire world was crashing before my very eyes, and no other lawyer would touch my case... Joe Stafford and his team got to work. As Joe said, his job was to create enough of wedge to open to the door to my case after a magistrate went off the rails and made a very poor judgment in my custody trial. Not only did he create a wedge, he knocked the g-d*mn door down and we WON!! I finally put my faith in the right legal team. Not only did we win, we won against one of the larger legal firms in Cleveland, you know the kind that are cocky and think they're unstoppable, those guys... Joe and team Won against those guys (not the first time either). Know this, if you want a legal team that is going to fight for you, has a reputation of being ruthless in all the right ways and relentless in their pursuit to leveraging the letter of the law, then stop what you're doing, you found your legal team. I can not sing Joe's praises enough, he saved my life!

My magistrate was smoking crack...and is mob controlled The guardian ad litem burnt his occupied apartment building for the insurance money after HIS divorce The judge would not sign a order because he was on the take .... and on and on and on for 15 years not a man of integrity in sight .........except Larry Loeb and they complain about Joe ....LoL He is the least of the problems in DR You get the most flak when your over the target. Domestic Relations is a circus ........if you have the money ......Hire Joe .....and pray you pull Loeb .....the only honest and wise person I met in 15 years in DR . Most of the people working in DR should be incarcerated judges, magistrates ect....and these "family courts' will decide your fate. Prepare for the Worst hope for the best .......and hire Joe. Joe was a great advocate to have. He will fight for you. My ex husband filed to amend our parenting schedule and child support, two months after our dissolution was finalized. I then met with Joe, he reassured me that he would get the results I was looking for. He was correct, not only did he win the case, he made it as painless as possible. Litigation is stressful, particularly when it involves one's children, Joe made the process as stress free as possible.
