Attorney Staiduhar was vety professional from our first phone consultation and even came and met me in person near my home inregards to my ovi case. He was very upfront,honest and fair with the legal ramifications and costs. Ken is very knowledgeable of the legal system and was able to make me feel at ease thru the whole process. Attorney Staiduhar helped me understand my case and was able to get the outcome I wanted. Attorney Staiduhar is very professional and personable I would definitely recommend him for any legal assistance.

These guys did a very poor job of representation of me for an alcohol case in Lakewood. There was continous lack of communication and lack of returned phone calls. All court notices were sent to their office and then not forwarded to me in a timely fashion. As a result I missed a critical hearing resulting in a less than optimum outcome of my case. In addtion I was assigned several attys during my case some of which were incompetent and not up to speed on my case. Do not hire this firm!

The attorneys of Henderson and Weatherly were incredibly helpful in my situation. No games. Very up front on cost and on the handling and direction of my case. I highly recommend them.

A few years back..I needed an Attorney to help settle a personal matter.
