Fail. Pompous, condescending, arrogance abounds here. Your basic ambulance chasers. Nothing other than that.
Dana, I mean you specifically.
The case was "too hard" for Dana, so she harassed me on the phone and made me weep and discouraged me about my case or even pursuing care for myself. This was in fact the last straw for me in Cleveland after my attack, this firm, Cleveland and Dana's vitcim shaming because she was unsure about a slam dunk easy win.
So, that's what happened here. She has no character. I'd proceed with caution.
