It's been a few years since my case closed in which I used this law firm, and I still regret it as one of my biggest mistakes. I thought using a BIG name would be my best bet. In my BWC case, I had several meetings at the Industrial Commissions office, and despite the fact that I "hired" NPR, I was not represented by an attorney from their office. Instead, I had some consistently unprepared sub-contacted lawyer that NPR used instead because I was all the way down in Akron. This guy had a disheveled look, and his lack of readiness was blatantly apparent to not just me but to the opposing side and the hearing officer. My employer's lawyer was well put together, and my guy had pencil scribbles on copy paper. Hell, he wouldn't have even had that much if it weren't for my input and suggestions made minutes before these hearings. My claim was legit, and common sense should've prevailed. Yet each additional item was shot down with zero quality of representation. Part of the case was set to go to trial and was settled out of court, yet NPR had the nerve to charge me the higher rate that they use when it goes to trial. I never even met a lawyer who actually worked for them. All I wanted was justice after what was a clear case of a work injury accident, yet they did me a major disservice by not doing anything to help my case. I could've argued my case better using Google search as my legal counsel.

What a great group of people who truly care and work for your best possible outcome. I was referred to this group and in hindsight, I am happy that I was. The amount of time, attention to detail, open lines of communication, and transparency from Jordan and Caitlin were incredible. They took the burden of way too complicated case and made it manageable for the everyday person to not worry about a thing. I highly recommend this team!

Overall, a good experience. Took about 13 months to get final settlement, however, Denise and the team were able to significantly reduce medical bills from physical therapy. Good communication via both text and phone. Smooth experience- Jeff always let you know he had your back and provided an easy process for someone who has never gone through this before. I would recommend!
