Quick and professional. The law office was Transparent with documents that were required for the bankruptcy. what my case may look like after all documents were in. they kept me up-to-date on my progress making the transition as smooth as possible.

I came to Benson to file bankruptcy back in February of this year turn in all the paperwork that I was asked to bring in about a month later I called to ask how my case was going they said they will have some one call me back never got a call back when I finally got a call back she told me that they needed more pay check stubs I bought them in ask if they needed anything else she said I need to take the class I'll send you the link ok never got the link I call and call she never called me back had to go up to get the link then she tells me she needs more pay check stub I brought her back a year and a half paycheck stubs it is now July I finally get a call saying to come in and sign paperwork I asked her is there anything I need to bring she said no she called me to reschedule the appointment I asked her again is there anything I need to bring in she said no I get there she comes in with my file asking me for paperwork that I already turned in to them then turn around and ask me to bring in more pay check stubs and bank account statement and said I need to take the class I told her I already took the class she said oh you did yes when I asked her on the phone not once but twice did I need to bring anything in this has been the longest process it is now October going on into a year I'm not sure why I don't have any stocks or property I'm not sure why it's taking so long I have I know two other people who filed after me and are done I feel like I'm getting the runaround poorly communication I would not recommend I'll be glad when this process is done and over with know this is the right law firm Benson law firm just moved your office from 9 to floor 8
