I had a complicated case. I was accused of doing something that I did not do. Mr. Lear believed in me and took care of the situation. The case was eventually dismissed. I recommend him to help you. You just need to trust his experience in the system. The system moves slow. The outcome is the only thing that matters. He will make your outcome better.

Michael Lear recently represented me regarding two misdemeanor criminal charges that were eventually dismissed. I feel he did everything possible to communicate and negotiate with the prosecutor and court for them to realize the true facts in my case, resulting in the dismissal. We communicated very well during the proceedings, and he was always up front with advice and letting me know how things were progressing. Very sharp, intelligent attorney that I would not hesitate to retain in the future if needed.

I had a civil judgement on my credit for a landlord dispute that happened while I was younger. Many years later I tried to purchase a home and couldn't get a loan because of the civil judgement on my credit.
