I hired Eric after I spent way too much time researching the best divorce lawyer in my area. I wasn't disappointed. He always spent all the time I needed talking to me about things until I understood them. He's kind man and appropriately assertive when he needs to be. I highly recommend reaching out to him.

Update - we went with different representation for our joint custody relocation case and successfully moved over the summer. If we listened to the advice Eric Laubacher provided our family, lives and careers would’ve been completely derailed. I cannot stress enough, do not take Eric’s advice, it would’ve ruined my career and negatively impacted my families future. —— Original - Incredibly disappointed in our experience with Eric. Eric showed a lack of communication, timeliness and interest/engagement in our case. Consistently, emails and/or calls were not returned for several days, and emails required 2-3 follow ups in order to get a response. Eric had to be reminded of the basics of our case multiple times and never offered to meet in person. We attempted to meet in person for our initial consultation but Eric had a last minute conflict apparently, and a colleague took the meeting. I would only recommend Eric for representation that requires basic paperwork without a deadline. If you require engaged and timely representation with strong communication - Eric is not your guy.

I worked with Eric and Kaitlyn and they helped me so much through a difficult and complicated divorce. They were very quick to respond and walk me through the entire process of a Zoom divorce in the COVID era. They worked hard to guarantee I got everything I was legally entitled. Called to get a second legal opinion, I spoke with a female on the phone. After asking multiple sensitive questions and giving her opinion to me, I ask a simple question, to which she said she did not know the answer. That sounded strange, so I asked if she was a lawyer, and she said no. Then she started to backtrack, saying that if I had active representation I could not get a second opinion from their firm. So why didn't you state that from the beginning? Waste of my time. By the way, I have sought a second opinion from an attorney in a different law firm! Note to self, stay away from this practice.
