I stayed in constant communication with the lawyer and paralegal involved in the case. I have emails between myself and Connick law firm. I was never given the opportunity to provide my evidence to the court or judge before being removed from the class action lawsuit/settlement. Myself and the 100 plus injured victims are entitled to our part of the settlement because were used to get settlement amount. I will never waive my rights to my portion of the settlement. We was used as pawns to get a settlement amount and was never given our percentage of the settlement.
