The experience was great. From the consultation through trust funding, information was presented clearly to be easily understood. Interactions via Zoom and email made management of the trust creation process easier to handle outside of my work schedule. There was excellent follow-up with regular check-ins after the trust signing session to ensure funding was going as planned. The only hiccup was a final document correction was not completed, so we had to find time to go to and pay for a separate notary after our signing session for one last document. Regardless, the experience was great and I would recommend Mr. Berenholz and his paralegal, Jennifer, as a legal team for estate planning needs to friends or family.
