I was fortunate to work with Howard Mishkind on a case where I was injured in a car accident. Howard's expertise, guidance and patience was invaluable and ultimately allowed us to reach a settlement with insurance company out of court. Poor customer service. The woman who answered my call when I was paying the bill was rude and unprofessional. All I wanted to do was pay my bill and her tone and demeanor was rude and unkind. I've seen other reviews and I am terrified that my payments will not be documented, so I am keeping record of every call and payment until this is over with.

They sent me a letter saying I owe this apartment property money. Fair enough. So, I sent them a check by mail because they did NOT provide information how they want the money (check, money order, debit card, online payment, etc.) They called me and said I put down the wrong amount even though it was on the paper stating what I owed. Once again, I re-write the check with the new amount and everything they told me over the phone. Sent it off to the mail, and a week later, I'm getting phone calls again. I got a letter sent to me stating they are going to garnish my wages because I didnt pay. Excuse me? I tried paying you guys TWICE now. What is wrong? You said you take checks, I wrote it out perfectly right. Am I going to have to go to court to show everyone I tried paying you guys twice but wont accept it?? Really unprofessional place and horrible website! Cant get a hold of anyone (cant get on the line with anyone, cant email, cant mail them anything) and a big waste of time! You'd think for a law firm they would be professional and more advanced with their technology.
