I was speaking with mr. Shamberg on the telephone about a court case I am facing,and was made to feel as though I was wasting his time, was it because my case isn't worth millions of dollars? I am not sure, however, as I was explaining to mr. Shamberg my situation and seeking advice, I heard him repeatedly say under his breath "I don't care, I don't care oh, I don't care" while letting out a huge, exhausted sigh. I asked mr. Shamberg why he would say that, and he very angrily told me I must be hearing things, and proceeded to hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation. Mr. Shamberg and associates sent me a letter in the mail telling me that they could help my situation, however this is how I was treated speaking to him directly. I don't know if he got into this field strictly for his own finances and profit, or if he genuinely cares about his work, but I am leaning towards the latter. If you want to be treated with respect, and get advice for your case or situation, I would stay far away from this guy. Everyone has a bad day, and my day was terrible considering I found out I have a lawsuit for unpaid debt, but I still had the decency to talk to him like a human being, so it was very shocking to me that a professional would speak to a client in such a way. Stay away. Look forward to your response mr. Shamberg, I'm sure that you're going to tell everyone; just like you told me, that I was hearing things, but you were on speaker phone and I had my mother and wife listen to you say that as well. We called your office again oh, and spoke to a receptionist, who told us you were having a bad day. I'm sorry to hear that, and I know that you are probably very comfortable in your life financially, and I'm sure you deal with people every single day that you don't want to deal with because it is not profitable to you, but what makes someone professional and good at their job in my opinion, is having a bit of human to human empathy while also seriously handling business at the same time. I hired Lana to help me to my I-130 Phase two to get my wife here to the USA. Lana was very informative about the entire process. She knew her stuff. Lana prepared me and my wife for what we needed to do to get our papers ready to be processed and sent to the appropriate locations like the NVC and USCIS and when the interview was coming for my wife to have at the embassy. I hired Lana to help me and my wife do phase 2 paperwork for the I-130 visa. (among other paperwork that we did too for this). Lana knew the entire process inside and out. She always prepared me and my wife on what to do and what to expect next. Lana is very keen to detail with sending documents to USCIS and NVC. Can be overwhelming and annoying but it's important if you want everything to go well and Lana delivered on that. Because of Lana and her help, my wife will be coming to America soon. Cant be more THANKFUL to this amazing person. Been working with Lana for 5.5 years... Came on a B1-B2 Tourist visa in 2013... Got E-2 status with purchase of a business that needed to be renewed every 2 years went thru 2 extensions of the status and a process of filling I-140 for Alien Worker Green Card.... in the beginning of October 2018 My family received a Green Cards in a mail. Lana been always by our side with a direct directions what we need to do, to keep our paperwork up to date.
