Bruce Rutsky was recommended to me and did not fail me. I live in FL. While on vacation, I fell into a hole in a parking lot in Cleveland Ohio and broke my leg. I was getting nowhere on my own and he was willing to take my case. He explained the Ohio "open and obvious" case law clearly. He also was very clear about the process we would go through, what he needed from me and what he would be able to do. He settled my case to my utmost satisfaction. And he did it in a short time-frame, months instead of years. He was professional and kind. His charges were reasonable and he took care of all the details. Bruce did an excellent job of representing my daughter in a case that she did not want to use a court appointed lawyer for. I called Bruce and he took the case and was very detailed and very informative on any issue that we had a question on. I was recommended Bruce from a friend of a friend regarding the fact my daughter was in an accident and ticketed as a result. Bruce was excellent. We had a child endangerment case because of leaving our child in the car and Bruce was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to bring it down from an first degree misdemeanor to a minor misdemeanor. He asked around to make sure that this is the best option for our immigration status. He was able to close the case at the first pre trial. He was very knowledgeable. He was very easy to reach at all times. We highly recommend Bruce.

I originally went to Bruce for a consultation. During that appointment he was thorough and made me feel very comfortable with the situation I was in. I had multiple violations from getting pulled over for speeding. The main one being an OVI. He was able to get all other charges dropped. He was unable to drop my high end OVI down to a low end with it being my first one. That's really all I wanted and did not get that. He was very supportive and helpful showing up to all my court dates. We have one court date remaining for my sentencing.
