Matthew Carty took extra care and patience when dealing with my issue. There were some unfortunate circumstances that lead to my eventual phone conversations with Matthew, but he did not hesitate to patiently listen to the issues I was having after my car accident and doing whatever he could to make things right on my behalf. I had never dealt with a lawyer before or dealt with the aftermath of a car accident. No one was injured in this accident, thank God, so it wasn't a case that Elk & Elk would take, but Matthew took a tremendous amount of time out of several of his evenings to talk to me about it and give me valuable advice about what I should/shouldn't do if I were to ever have this happen to me again. He treated me like family, like a father speaking to his daughter in an effort to protect her.
