“Elk and elk customer service is terrible. Mr. Martin gave me false hopes to take my case. I did exactly what he asked me to for him to tell me he would not take the case!! His assistant is very rude and unprofessional.”

“I called them to help me fight a nursing home that's abusing my family member, they told me unless they fall, I have no case, but it's OK for a nursing home to starve someone, and neglect them in other ways, seriously disappointed in this place, go somewhere else where they actually care about you, not the money.”
