Did not respond in timely manner until I requested a refund. They said they were returning my call but obviously missed my emails? Refund never showed up and they told me to schedule a time to pick up said refund, but never answered that email either!

Stefen is a pleasure to work with and a great communicator (as mentioned by nearly everybody leaving a review on here), and takes time to be transparent with communication between all parties. I do believe my personal situation was minor compared to other clients, but nonetheless I feel there could be no better representation than what I received. I knew there would be a satisfactory outcome with my situation, but the transparency (along with clearly laying out potential solutions/outcomes along different timelines in the process and then relaying that to the opposing party) truly makes all the difference in my opinion, and could potentially put others in similar situations at ease knowing they are getting an attorney looking out for their clients best interest. I’m hoping I never end up in the circumstance I fell into during a rough time in my life, but I would never hesitate to recommend Stefen to anybody needing the representation he provides.
