I have known Tim at least 40 years personally and professionally and can honestly say that he is an honorable man. From the days that he worked his way through college as a dishwasher to the present he has always been a fighter's fighter - a true man's man. He is the Heavyweight Champion in the ring of the legal profession - always fighting 15 rounders! Tim always goes above and beyond the extra mile to prove his case no matter what it is, taking on any opponent. He is tough, mean and very aggressive against opposing counsel making him a winner for his clients and yet, I have always known him to be kind, generous and compassionate and a gentle man with his family. I went to Tim Misny back in 2013. Tim and his staff were always very professional, they always took my calls and always had an answer for me when I had a question. When the other party involved found out I had Tim Misny as my attorney they basically gave what Tim asked. He got me my fair and just compensation I deserved. He made them pay.
