Highly recommend Attorney Sarmiento and his team! They are very professional, reliable and responsive. You know in US every thing is slow, sometimes you send a email to others and they replay after a week.. But Mr. Sarmiento always reply my emails within hours, very appreciate it! He notice me by email when there was new progress with my application. His team review all my materials carefully and finished my application documents within 3 day. He also scheduled phone call with me to prepare the interview. The whole experience is fast and excellent. Worth every penny!

I highly recommend Attorney Sarmiento. He as my lawyer (Yu) made the process of obtaining a waiver for the residency requirement on my J-1 Visa. Prior to hiring him as my lawyer, I've consulted with multiple immigration lawyers, but none of them are as professional and responsive as Attorney Sarmiento. His office was always accessible and available to me. There were a lot of times that I would send him emails in the middle of the night and then get a prompt response by morning. He made me feel like I am an important client. Every single one of my emails (even though some of them were not really relevant to my case) was responded to very promptly by his office.
