THE BEST...very very informative and kept you in the loop of EVERYTHING that was going on with my case. Day one gave me step by step packet and timeline of what to expect and what will occur. By doing this it let me know what to expect without having to send constant emails and constant voicemails wondering what going on. Very passionate, considerate of my needs and my situation. On January 25, 2019 I was hit by a drunk driver. The driver left the scene on foot and left me to die. I suffered life threatening injuries that became life altering. My entire life and the lives of my family were completely turned upside down. I was paralyzed, non-verbal, and left to fight a long battle to return to some form of normal. My legal battle began about 2 weeks into my recovery. A law firm sought out my case and that relationship did not meet the needs of my complicated and severe case. This was the gesture that made my heart swell. My husband and mother, who has been by my side through each moment attended the meeting with me. Her honesty was reassuring. Her energy was calming. Her articulation and confidence left me with hope. I left the initial meeting feeling rejuvenated. I had a second wind to fight this fight. Paulozzi law firm took a dire situation and made it worth fighting again. I no longer felt I was fighting against my lawyer, I felt as if I had a team fighting for me. I no longer needed to call every week like I was doing with my former lawyer. I left it in their hands and trusted their every word. I'm a firm believer in God. I'm a firm believer in allowing God to lead. I believe He led me to Paulozzi LPA injury lawyers. I was able to refocus on my healing journey and that was priceless. I recommend this law firm hands down. I pray I never need their services again but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. The firm is thorough, reliable, and trustworthy. When we couldn't locate the hit and run driver, my attorney directed me with specific information to get medical insurance assistance from my own car insurance. Even when we thought the case was closed, my attorney gave it one more try and was able to get help us recover a bit of our finances from the accident, right before the deadline, it was a surprise and it was much appreciated for his commitment to our case.

At Paulozzi, I was always treated with kindness and respect. Staff was very informative. They go the extra mile. When I was looking for a lawyer, most of the firms cut me off after the first sentence without ever listening to the actual issue. Everyone was very responsive to my inquiries. I am so thankful for all of their assistance. While I pray I do not need them in the future, next time Paulozzi would be my first call!!
