I simply digress from any attorney where the person who represents me does as they wish and not as I tell them to do. And waiting months to update me. I’m not a attorney but I’m smart enough to pursue a motion to dismiss whenever case law said that there’s no offense been committed. There’s many attorneys that have the experience and time to fight hard in the paint and I just didn’t see anything like that here. All of my $506 was lost at all costs. Other than that I just didn’t get what I needed. But hey God sees everything and I already found out that it’s a civil case to begin with.

Dale and his staff were very helpful and effective and handling my case. I felt more than confident in his abilities to represent me. Dale was transparent and diligent throughout a very trying legal process following an OVI charge. The case was continued many times and Dale fought for me until the end.
