Amazing attorneys! They really take the time to talk to you and go over your case. I felt as though they truly cared and took great care of my case. Always responsive whenever I needed them and very knowledgeable with bankruptcy.

I know attorneys at this firm and they are very professional. They truly care about their clients. If I ever need a bankruptcy attorney this is where I will go.

Oliver Herthneck is top-notch. I fired my first attorney for blowing through my money while having little movement foreword on the case. He stepped in and immediately made an impact. They kept me informed on what was happening, and Oliver always personally returned my calls. I can't recommend Oliver and Cordell & Cordell enough. If you think you may be in for a rough divorce, go with them. They have the resources and depth to make things happen. I am relieved and happy with the settlement.

Update to original review a few years later: Since some new hiring and managment I'd say the service has improved very much. I still am not completely happy with the beginning of the process but it has definitely gotten better as our case has progressed. We are now in the last year of our case and got reviewed by the Trustee last year. Everyone that helped us through that situation was very helpful and I also cannot say enough good things about Erica in the office. Without her help, especially during the times I was struggling to know what to do, she was so kind and helpful. So I have updated my review to reflect that the business practices seem to have improved- whatever was changed, please keep doing it! Original review : I agree with the last posting- we got conned into something that wasn't fully explained (we were actually deceived) right from the start and I think we are on our 5th or 6th attorney with this place because apparently their turnover rate is horrible. Unfortunately we are locked in for 3 more years but I tried to send my documentation to my last attorney and it bounced back to me. Why would you not have it forwarded somewhere? Such bad business and they really don't care about their clients- they want their money and then they ignore you and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. DON'T GO WITH THEM, there are much better options out there.

I would explore ALOT of other lawyers before coming here. Once you give them your money they stop helping and good luck trying to talk to someone other then the receptionist. Them calling you back ain't gonna happen. Weve been trying for 2 months now to have them figure out whats going on with our case and they want to close in a week when NOTHING has been done. You cant go any lower then 1 star which they deserve

If you want to loose more money and suffering more then this is the firm to seek help! They will milk every penny you have like leeches! That was why they went school for!

This law firm will run you through the coals without actually doing anything for you and your case. Spent something close to $1500 on a phone call and a handful of emails. $295/ hour just for some family law issues. Total rip off!
