I got hurt in 2017 at work and I needed a lawyer! I asked around and someone referred NRS.I didn’t know them but BWC sure did! They walked me through the whole process.Everybody was polite and very helpful! They told me from the beginning it would take a long time. Six years and four months later I was rewarded PTD(permanent total disability) our goal! I couldn’t be happier! I definitely would recommend them! You can’t fight BWC without an excellent lawyer! Absolutely the WORST people to defend you all they do is push the paper an not care about you as a person and when it comes to you’re hearings they do NOT say anything at all to help the case if you wanna save your life and money don’t use these people

I am very pleased with NRS. The ladies at the front desk are always soo polite and Mary is the sweetest thing. But I have to say that Attorney Katie Lietzke is the MVP! She does not mess around and really does her research and fights for me! Having an injury that takes you off work is hard enough particularly if it is a traumatic work related injury and Workers Comp and employer MCO's shows no mercy. I was completely devastated with my injury it turned my whole life upside down and then workers comp started denying everything. I was losing trust in everything and everyone. But Atty Katie came in my hearings like a pitbull with packets and prepared arguments backed by evidence which showed me I was more than just a number and she was truly invested in my case and also showed patience and compassion. She is batting a thousand and has won all my hearings thus far and I am truly grateful!

Tony and the entire team were great. They kept us informed and walked me through what was a tough issue to deal with. We never felt like we weren't in good hands.

Just pick anywhere else. I can't promise they will be better, but I can promise they won't be worse. Unanswered and unreturned calls for weeks on end, mismanagement of paperwork resulting in multiple delays, high turnover rate so nobody ever knows what's going on with your case. It's an absolute mess.

I do have an ongoing workers comp case since 2020 and I will say it has been my worst experience ever. My job made me disabled mentally and physically and till date I am still traumatized, suffering from the effect of the accident. The lawyer's at NRS Law firm did nothing concerning my heap tigh injury treatment since the beginning despite my complains showing a 3rd degree burn and heap tigh injury that lead me into depression... that I had to seek treatment by myself and family outside the country due to cost... and lack of treatment/care from the employer .. and till date nothing has been done towards that. Lately, I am battling depression again coz of same injury. I have had to make use of the stairs more often now coz I moved, unlike my old house which I didn't use no stairs, and now the pain and discomfort is unbearable. I have had to do most treatments myself coz it seem like no one cares and this has made me regret working with NRS. It has been me, for me, and by me to look after me. Whenever I seek update, they claim they're waiting for the employer's attorney. The people I talked to about the treatment made it seem like it was something that it wasn't coz I don't see the push.till a point everything seem sabotaged. I'm still messed up till this day and I don't know why the treatment I got. The last I heard after a few mediations was a court hearing set. when I got called in court and asked to go back home.. that was the last I heard on the case. I'm disabled and bearing the burden alone today! I can't say exactly the lawyer handling my case coz I have met with several NRS attorneys within the 4years. I am dissatisfied with everything and the treatment I got so far.
