Chris went to bat for me against one of the biggest companies in Ohio. Their attorney personally attacked both me and my attorney. It wasn't an easy case but the judge sided for us. Aside from my job failing to keep me safe, my attorney kept his cool and didn't fall for the bait presented from their side.

All in a nutshell, they are the very best team of lawyers. When I called in to check on my medical records the hospital were giving them the cold shoulder. So I called the hospital to let them know they haven't received the faxed over information. I assured the team I would get what they needed. An hour later the paperwork was faxed while I waited on the phone. It's a pleasure to know how much work it takes to get the best offer by being patient. I love this team, they're the best.

I was the victim in a work related life altering traffic accident 5 years ago, and my team at NRS continues to be totally amazing for me. I would like to extend my appreciation for my entire team at NRS, and of this past week, Heather and Sara, and attorney Terry Jennrich, who took the extra time to call me this past Sunday evening to review for my hearing the next morning, and was able to resolve a last minute critical situation of me being able to have my hearing via WeNex with a dial-in option hearing, instead of attending my hearing in person and taking a chance of spreading what was thought to be just a cold virus (testing covid positive on Monday - day of hearing) which I had just come down with over the weekend. Great staff, very knowledgeable and genuine. Attorney Romain got me more than I could have expected from car accident I was victim of. I was injured, but not really that badly. Over all, they far exceeded my expectation. Didnt pay them a cent until settlement. Recommend them highly!
