I worked with Lorna and Vince and had a stellar experience! They were so helpful and took the time to call me periodically to see how I was doing!!! They made the legal process smooth and efficient!!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Very professional and made me feel secure every step of the way

I been with NRS for awhile now and I was hurt on the job and haven't been to work since then and its going on 14 months now and I lost everything and I was told by a friend that I won't get anything if I don't get a lawyer and I'm so glad I called NRS I lost my car over this mess and they came to me to get my claim started and I live in Shelby so yes at first it started off slow and I never got nothing from my x-employer because I quit my job and I did lose at some of my hearings but after I did what they told me to do and go to the doctors they work with and they also worked with the BWC my claim took off and they have been winning I started out with a WPI of 7% and I thought it would never change but they went back at them and got it raised to 14% and I'm getting paid for 28 weeks so yes Im so glad to have them on my side Lacy and David are the best thank you and your team for the hard work I'm so glad the stress is nothing like it was and things are looking up.

I’m still in the early stages of my claims and as of right now im gonna give them 2 stars some of its not there fought I’ve lost my job house and car and had nothing to feed my family and fighting depression and stress because the company im fighting says it was a pre-exsisting condition i just wish they show more compassion towards there clients because you don’t know what no one has been through or what going on in their life until you walked in there shoes so just make the client feel like you have genuine concern and not just brushing them off I know I’m not the only client but I’m a client and i want to feel like someone is giving me a 110% effort so once my claim is settled i will be back to update my review thank you all .God bless

This is my 2nd post I made about NRS my first post was not the best because I had no idea how things are done when it comes to getting hurt on the job and no lie they called me and the guy I talked to kept me on the phone for about a half hour going over everything and I just wanted to say this firm knows it all and I'm so sorry for my first post will remove it thanks for letting me know how things are done.

I want to Express my wonderful experience how much your law firm has helped me for many years with my case, From the day another attorney referred me to them, thru preparing for each and every hearing they showed me they were confident and can win what seemed impossible to me way back then, every single phone call was answered if possible , if not, the call back to me was in a timely manner, they never once failed o call me back, or failed to prepare me for a hearing and trust me there were many, if I got frustrated which is easy to do when one is broke and fighting from all sides, and inside wondering if things would ever get better they were a phone call away , there is never a 100 percent chance of winning and some hearings you can and will loose, but they win the ones that they can and that matter the most, I'm not sure how they handle cases n clients that don't understand that this fight isn't fast or happens over night, every single person at their law firm has shown me a level of confidence n respect and gave 125 percent effort on my case n all others they take on against the odds and whether I would have won or lost My mind was ok either way knowing at the end of the day they all did their best and thats's the most important part, at before I had a ruling come back I was ok before i known if i won or not because they did their best for me and every case they take, id like to say Thank you all everyone here you really helped me in my darkest hour and gave me hope and you did win this for me n my family, Thank you so very much Katie and Jennifer for doing a wonderful job both times you fought for me and won with Confidence, and lastly I want to especially Thank Jennifer B. Dietrich for being so kind and showing me so much professionalism and going thru mounds of doctor records, checking double checking its was right and she had everything right, and rechecking it over and over again to make sure she had everything need to file for ptd and knowing she felt very very positive vibes I could win, after so many years and fighting relied on this she was in the drivers seat and know how to answer or return calls from me, I know in my heart I must have put her mind thru hell and back with some unnecessary calls, venting n frustrations n stress i was going thru, and trying to get my mind at ease at times was hard, but she is a real trooper and has dealt with people like me many times her love for what she do's to help people reclaim their lie n dignity shows along with her loving her job and helping people, she really went above and beyond to help and show me she is outstanding in her career takes pride in her work n really loves and to help people even hard people who don't respect her or appreciate her she still cares about her clients and understands they go thru a lot to, when their life if failing apart, she helps them with the same with 125 percent effort, and I could never thank her or the rest of the Team at NRS enough ! However Thank You all very much, I highly recommend this Law firm to anyone that needs a legal need they can provide assistance to you, have faith in them n trust they know to handle the toughest cases.
