I had never dealt with any legal case before. Todd and his were extremely patient with me and walked me through what they needed and why. On top of this, a good portion of our communication was done remotely given that I had moved states since first meeting with Todd. I was always given a response within 24 hours and most times within a couple hours. The outcome of my personal injury case ended up being better than I had ever expected.
