Scott paris worked as a GAL for a my case. He spoke with my son only 3 times in over 2 years totalling less than an hour with all 3 together. I have multiple e mails where I begged him to speak with my son and he refused. He wrote a terrible review to the magistrate without speaking to my child's doctors, teacher, counselors, babysitters, or anyone affiliated with my son. How could he know the health and well being without speaking or looking into his life. My family, children services, the counselors, my attorney and myself all contacted his office but he refused to speak with any of us. He never spoke to my son after supervised visits started or at all in 2022. He wrote a report stating the school told him things about me and how its abundtly obvious that i alienate and am the problem. I went to the school and saw their report none of that was said. He wrote the magistrate all lies in which I have proof for and claimed I alienate my child when the truth was his father would cancel. Scott never even looked at the evidence I provided, if he did he would have seen the truth. This man should not work for helping children stay safe. I sent multiple e mails with pictures showing bruises, he wrote this report while there was 2 open children services case brought on by a doctor and a counselor for abuse. Not only do I find him unprofessional but clearly working for the opposing counsel not the child he was supposed to be assisting Save your child and do not obtain scott paris. He told me at the very first and only meeting I had that he was personally asked to take this case and now I know why.....

It is impossible to say everything I feel in a short online review. Atty. Lalak took on my case when everyone else told me I didn't have one.
