Why choose Misny? The story you are about to read is true. My name is Mike and I was in an auto accident where the air bag hit me knocking me out cold. It totaled my car. The next thing I knew I woke up in an ambulance on my way to the E.R.. The Officer arrived at the hospital and refused to cite the other driver and then informed me of something even worst, the other Driver wasn’t able to provide proof of Insurance but he assured the Officer he would bring it to him later that evening. Well, you guessed it, he never showed up. The Driver didn’t have insurance. The Officer left and the attending E.R. Physician came to my bedside and informed me that I had a lot of bruises and that all 4 discs in my neck, C2,C3,C4, and C5 were damaged. He told me I was going to have a lot of problems. Two months later I am sitting in a Surgeons office listening to him tell me that if don’t have Surgery and replace all 4 discs in my neck with 4 Cadaver Discs along with 4 Titanium Steel Plates held in with 18 screws, that I would be in a wheelchair within 3 months and would be confined to that chair for the rest of my life. I had the surgery, what other choice did I have and after living 24/7 in a recliner for 2 months, and taking over 200 Oxycodone pain pills and dealing with an infection in the incision that opened up a hole in the back of my neck about the size of an orange, I finally started to recover. I would have to file a claim against my own Insurance Company. I gathered all of the tedious paperwork, Doctor bills, Hospital bills, expense after expense after expense and sent them to a prominent group of Attorneys that I thought were good, but they weren't and they returned my paperwork telling they couldn't help me. I had seen a commercial on TV that was probably the shortest commercial I had ever seen in my life. It was a commercial with this tall man with a demanding voice and he would simply look at you and say "4" words, “I’LL MAKE THEM PAY”! I was sitting reading the rejection letter from the 1st Attorney when that very same commercial popped up on the TV, it was him again, only this time he looked at me and said, “YOU KNOW WHAT I DO”! Ok, I thought to myself, this is the guy. This guy looks serious! I called Tim Misny and asked if they would take my case. To my delight they were more than glad to take it on so I once again sent all of my paperwork to the man who I hoped would, “MAKE THEM PAY”! It took some time, but I knew that was common in these sort of things so I patiently waited. Just a few weeks ago I received a message from Mr. Misny’s office asking if I could come in to sign some papers. Sure, not a problem, so I made an appointment and within a few days my Wife and I was sitting in a conference room waiting for Mr. Misny’s arrival. Mr. Misny arrived and walked in and I stood up and reached my hand out to introduce myself and I said, “it is a pleasure to meet you Mr. Misny”. Mr. Misny smiled and reached out his hand to shake mine and proclaimed, no, no, no, it isn’t Mr. Misny, we are friends now and you can call me Tim. My Wife and I sat there and had a very wonderful down to earth conversation with, “Tim”, whom we both found to be just an awesome person. I can also say the same for Tim's entire staff. To my surprise Tim informed me that he had a little bit of good news and explained to me how he had fought not only my Health Insurance Company at work, (they wanted reimbursed for their money), but also how he had fought my Auto Insurance Company. He then reached me a check for a settlement that was the full amount of coverage that I was covered under on my auto insurance! Tim fought for me. I was blessed to have him on my side. Tim is that kind of person, Tim is a good man, Tim is a good Family man, Tim is my Friend for life, and I wanted you to know that if you find yourself in a similar situation like myself, and you don’t know who to turn to, then, “TRUST TIM", because, "HE WILL MAKE THEM PAY”!!!!

I've known Tim since 1965 and we went to grade school and high school together and i can tell you this, HE SAYS WHAT HE MEANS AND MEANS WHAT HE SAYS! He's the only lawyer that i know that gives his personal cell phone to his clients! That's what i call personal service! A great friend and the best personal injury lawyer on earth!!!
