My extensive experience as a real estate investor spanning over 25 years and across 27 countries has brought me into contact with numerous legal professionals. However, my recent encounter with Weiss Law, particularly with Nichoals Weiss, stands out as the most abysmal experience of my entire career. Engaging Weiss Law for eviction proceedings proved to be a catastrophic decision. They consistently faltered, neglecting essential steps such as documentation completion and hiring oversight. Despite initiating numerous eviction processes, none reached fruition under their representation, necessitating the engagement of another lawyer who promptly resolved the matters. Adding insult to injury, Weiss Law levied charges for every email and phone call, regardless of their efficacy in resolving issues. It is inconceivable that after repeated attempts to elicit responses, they failed to provide adequate assistance, yet persisted in billing for their incompetence. Their inefficiency exacerbated a lawsuit against a fraudulent party, prolonging the ordeal and resulting in exorbitant expenses exceeding $30,000.00 over two years. Their recommendation of a contractor for an appraisal proved equally disastrous, as the suggested contact failed to deliver the promised service, further complicating the case. Upon switching legal representation, the case swiftly concluded in my favor within three months, underscoring Weiss Law's ineptitude. Furthermore, their endorsement of a purportedly exemplary property manager proved to be grievously misleading. Within weeks, the individual perpetrated a violent assault on one of my company's project managers, necessitating hospitalization. Subsequent investigations revealed the manager's extensive criminal history, raising questions about Weiss's due diligence in vetting their referrals. In conclusion, my intent in sharing this review is to convey the truth about Weiss Law and Nicholas Weiss. While ostensibly hired to alleviate our challenges, their incompetence exacerbated our woes, demonstrating a profound disregard for their clients' interests.

This firm is all about a paycheck. They could care less about what actually happens to the family or the child, payday is all they ever contact you about. Im a single mom who busts her butt. After Nick dropped me because I had an over due balance, I actually got a new lawyer and won full custody of my daughter- NO THANKS TO NICK OR HIS FIRM. Instead they threatened to put my over due balance in collections… and that folks is what you call a waste of time and money. I do not recommended Nick or his firm. Mediocre representation. All they care about is money.
