I dealt with Robert Bergman of Bergman and Yiangou. I filed a chapter 7 with this office. He is pretty straight forward and will handle things in a quick manner. Overall , no complaints .

Andrew Niese, of the law firm Bergman & Yiangou, came highly recommended. Mr. Niese handled our paternity case. He was straight forward and told us what our options were and the risks for each. There were no empty promises made as to the outcome. We felt like he was looking out for our best interest. We absolutely recommend him also.

When I went through my bky I had their best employee take care of my paper work. Natalie was very knowledgeable and patient by answering all my questions. Never had an issue with her. Unfortunately she's not there anymore. The reason of this review it's because I received a collection letter from an old debtor that was not listed on my paper work. They never notified me of such debt and didn't even know I had one. I called their office and talked to someone, can't remember her name. However, when I got to the office I assumed I talked to the receptionis, so I said "I talked to you a little bit ago about a debtor who's threading to sue me and you guys asked me to bring this letter". This front desk girl rolled her eye like she was bothered. Let alone they could not tell me, what options I had. They just said they will send a letter and hope they stop. I know any debt prior to bky is no longer valid, duh. So kind of scared me bcuz my credit score has improved and I didn't want to have this large debt hunting me down. So I contacted an other law firm to ask them questions and they were great even though I wasn't a client. Brian from Wood & Brewer responded back to me and said "I can confirm that any debt owend as of the petition date would be discharged". If your employees don't know the answer to our questions. Please let them know to not guess and ask an attorney. This is a very serious matter and we want the correct answers.
