I retained Mr. Borschak after releasing two previous poor-performing attorneys in an extremely venomous child custody case that by that time had been dragging on for over a year. From the start, Mr. Borschak was a bolt of energy and optomism. He injected a sense of hope that made me believe that this seemingly impossible case could indeed be resolved. The first thing I noticed about Mr. Borschak was his tremendous work ethic. Right away, he rolled up his sleeves and dug into 4 years of complex financial documents, opting to do all of the work himself, chasing down every penny to bolster our case. Moreover, he aggressively subpoenaed the appropriate documents from my ex which finally provided me with the leverage I needed to secure a fair and just deal. In the end, Mr. Borschak secured a settlement that not only relieved me of an extremely burdensome financial provision, but that will also protect me moving forward and greatly diminish the likelihood that I will be back in court fighting with my ex anytime soon. Mr. Borschcak is the best attorney I have ever had and he gets my highest recommendation!

Dmitriy was a very focused lawyer. He payed attention to details to my situation. He also respected my wishes and he would inform me if he thought what I was asking for would not be ruled in my favor. His responses to my questions were timely and succinct. I hired Attorney Borshchak for my dissolution. I found him to be very compassionate and hardworking. Attorney Borshchak is very good at communicating, and understanding what your trying to achieve, especially in a stressful time like divorce.
