Mr. Borshchak was very professional and thorough in handling my legal needs. He was very knowledgeable about the proceedings and kept prompt and courteous communication with me. I was pleased with the outcome and have no regrets with the services of Dmitriy and his office. His personnel were also very caring and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to see numerous items "waived" and not have to feel that I was paying for every second of interaction (when I received updated billing statements). That was a nice plus. I would easily recommend him as counsel for family or friends in need of excellent representation.

First, let me say thank you to Dmitriy. It was a tough case. Dmitriy got me an alimony agreement the was reasonable and reduced by almost a third from what it was. Dmitriy was my fourth attorney because of poor advise from my first attorney. Dmitriy is a fine young attorney. I would highly recommend him for anyone with a divorce case.

Extremely professional

Dmitriy came in mid stream in a very complicated divorce/custody battle. He was the third attorney, the youngest, and by far the very best. He came into a mess. I was given extremely poor legal advice, another attorney withdrew from my case. I was in need of an attorney who would fight for me and my children. He had to overcome poor attorneys who came before him. He was able to get me the very best custody arrangement given the circumstances he had to overcome. He gave excellent arguments to opposing counsel, and still maintained excellent rapport with the guardian and opposing counsel. He reads people very well, he knows when to push and when to adjust his strategy. Beyond that, he truly cared. I knew I was never just another case, he was truly concerned about what was best for my children and me.
