0 stars please. This is by far the worst law firm i have dealt with. They don't care about their clients. Their main purpose is to grab your money. One attorney gave advice that got me sued, leading to $30,000 in legal fees with another firm because MSH tried to deny that they gave defective legal advice. Don't pay for legalshield neither, they will always try to say your member services won't even cover traffic citation defense. That's the main thing it says in the coverages that it works for. If you have legalshield, drop it, go get MetLife legal services. I was able to secure an attorney that wrote motions for my defense from a traffic citation in the amount of time that i spent going back in forth with this firm over whether a traffic citation is a covered service. Coverage is way better with MetLife legal. Save your time and money and hire a real attorney or a different firm ! With Maguire Schneider Hassay, you will certainly get poor communication, lack of interest and zero follow through but quick communication requesting big fees!!!!!! Most of the 5 star reviews are fake they don't even have a written summary of their experience.

As a male going through divorce, you never really feel like there is help on your side. As my divorce came quickly I truly just picked the first office that came up. Terrible way to search, but I got super lucky. I worked with Jonathan most of my divorce case and he made it very clear in the sand our stance and worked with helping me understand all the lingo and wording from the start even during our consultation. He was very friendly and attentive to my worries that I got a little care free throughout the case. Even through Covid Jonathan was very helpful and when he was busy with other cases, Hank stepped in to answer any random questions to help reduce my anxiety. They don't just focus on women and or who could be a possible win. If you are in need of help with your custody, divorce, etc. case. I strongly recommend coming here. For a reasonable amount of fees and the best help you'd ever expect to get. I'm very great to the team of this law firm. I get to be a dad and still survive off my own income after this entire process and rough time in my life.

I have been using this law firm on and off for several years. Some attorneys are better than others, but overall their service has been great.

First of all, the attorneys for Pre-paid Legal (Legal Shield) are always great! They're helpful, knowledgeable and do what they say they're going to do every time. My issue is with the customer service reps that answer the phone. They are atrocious! They're rude, short, unhelpful; they've hung up on me (just now when I called this morning), argued with me (why would you argue with a paying customer for no reason?) and are usually condescending. I've reported them over and over to the office managers, but the issue never gets better. MSH, please pay your CS reps more, train them better and create a better office culture, so they can cheer up! They're very unhappy working for you. If it wasn't for the attorneys, I would have bailed long ago!
