From day one Dmitriy has been all-in on my divorce. He has excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor. They're good for 1 piece of advice but would never hire them, mostly because you can't since they never return calls or even try to be hired. I was told they would reach out to me son the following day at 7:45am. After multiple calls, we finally got a call from Jordan at 11:45am saying he was in a meeting. He then went on to tell my son he needs to hire an attorney! I'm not sure what he thought we were calling for but I'm fairly confident that's why we were calling. They inspired me to cancel my membership with Legal Aid and go with MetLife. I have NEVER seen such horrible customer service.
