I have used Mr. Herders services previously to file a bankruptcy and my case was handled professionally. Recently I had to contact them for some information on my old case and he was very helpful and provided the information I needed quickly. The issue involved a mortgage that was thankfully removed 10 years ago. He looked up the records and his office did the job perfect. He remembered me and actually answered the phone too. He has the same high energy in the past. Does he ever sleep? He also explained that I could not accomplish the result now. I timed the bankruptcy just right. Thank you Mr. Herder for all of your help. I recommend the law office to anyone looking to file a bankruptcy!

I want to give Attorney Mark Herder & his team hats off for saving my Chapter 13. Due to illness I was in & out of the hospital & eventually spent time in a nursing home which caused me to fall behind on my Chapter 13 payments. Mark Herder filed my bankruptcy case and made a bad situation turn into a positive one. He and his staff took care of all the money troubles that I had from bad decisions from a bad divorce. I really felt like he was in my corner, and he even called me back tonight, after work, on a weekend. I am sure that he had plenty of other things to do during this pandemic as well. I am glad I followed his advice and instructions from the first time I contacted him several years ago. The car is saved and I have taken real good care of it too. My bankruptcy case will finish in 15 months and I have made all of the payments, just like he sugested. I will freely own my car at the end of the case, with no debts. I lost my full time job due to the current COVId 19 pandemic. I contacted Mark Herder to help me in my finanicial need and thank him for his guidance during this crisis. He explained to me that I could really wait to file a bankruptcy case, and I thank him again for his honesty. Even though he is insanely busy during this crisis, on a Saturday, he appreciated the seriousness of this situation, and he called me back. We hope and pray that this terrible situation will end soon so all of us can get back to life as we knew it. Just filed the bankruptcy case and I am really pleased so far. Kelsey was very thorogh and Mr. Herder has explained to me all of the steps needed. I have a court time at the bankruptcy court and Mr. Herder just reached out to me again to confirm. I am very glad I found this office. Nice parking spots as well.

On a Saturday evening just before the Big Ten championship game, Mark called me back from Indianapolis about my questions about the counseling course. I am totally impressed with this level of service. This is my second chapter 13 bankruptcy case with Mark Herder and his office moved very quickly to get my vehicle back. Mark has saved my house in bankruptcy 3 times. he clearly cares about the underdog. I just had another heart attack and even though I could not complete the bankruptcy cases from before, he agreed to help me and my daughter again. First class all the way.

I learned about bankruptcy attorney Mark Herder from a real estate agent friend, who said that the experience with his law office would be smooth and painless. The bankruptcy process can be very humiliating to say the least, but the staff and especially Brittany (a lawyer in the office) made the filing of my bankruptcy case very quick, efficient and nonthreating. Every aspect was carefully explained along the way and everything was repeated so that the average individual can process all of the information. The staff was able to communicate the needs so that it is not just another unapproachable foreign language. I felt like I was being served in a genuine way at all times. Mark Herder even called me at 6:30 PM on a Saturday (in the middle of the summer) to remind me of some important information that I still needed to provide his office. This office obviously knows how to run things and I am looking forward to working a future with no debt! I appreciate them so much.

I just finished my chapter 13 bankruptcy case with Mark Herder and am very, very pleased with his services. I had 2 pieces of real estate in the case and Mark was able to arrange things so that the last 5 years have been very successful. I was able to eliminate 2 mortgages through the process and still keep my main residence. When I was shopping around in the beginning, other bankruptcy attorneys had suggested that I follow through with mortgage modification. Mark pointed out that this was not a good strategy for me at all. I have also been able to reestablish my credit along the way too and am now looking forward to retiring in my home that was saved in the bankruptcy!
