I have used Mr.Cowan several times and and every time he kept me up to date every step of the way and explained everything very clearly and told me all of my options. Every outcome that he tried for he was able to do and it was always the best outcome for my situation.I would recommend him 100 percent for anyone that needs his services.
I will not use anyone else. Hopefully I won't need his services again but if I do he will be the one I call!

i live in houston, tx and i got a ticket for transporting hazardous materials off the 270 the lawyer solved it in no time and i didn't have to go to court.. vivió en houston, tx y me dieron una multa por transportar materiales peligrosos fuera del 270 y el abogado lo resolvió sin ningún problema y no tuve que ir a corte 100% recomendó

I received a ticket right before leaving town for over a week and actually forgot about it until the night before court. I sent an inquiry around 2 a.m. looking for assistance, and I got a call before 8 a.m.
Chris listened to my dilemma and took my case as he was going to be at the courthouse anyway. Not only did he save me a trip to the courthouse, he was able to get it dismissed in lieu of online traffic classes.
The cost of his services felt nearly reasonable considering my last minute request and no points added to my license.
I'd absolutely recommend him!
