All staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our initial point of contact was TJ Rugg, who was incredibly accommodating and proficient in addressing our needs. He provided clear and detailed explanations throughout the process. Subsequently, TJ was promoted to Prosecuting Attorney, and his colleague Bobbi Jo assumed responsibility for our case. She demonstrated exceptional communication skills and a genuine commitment to assisting us. Her approachable demeanor made it easy to ask questions without feeling any discomfort or hesitation.
