If you're looking for an attorney to represent you, look no further! December 31st 2020 I was in a car accident while working as a delivery driver. Despite how I was required and trained to do my job, the officer felt it necessary to cite me for the accident and a "Careless Operation" charge. I had felt this wasn't fair by any means so I began my search for an attorney to help me with my case. After doing a bunch of searching and reading reviews I found C.F. Cowan. From the very first phone call I had with Chris he was on top of everything. With myself sustaining 4 concussions I am forgetful with some things. However, Chris always made sure to keep me updated and make sure I give him as much information as possible. When any information came through Chris would call me and update it. Any questions I had about the offer coming from the courts he explained to me with best detail he could. After it was all said and done I walked away with a no points violation and my drivers license in tact. If I had to do it all again I would still choose Chris to represent me, everything was professional, the communication was perfect, and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on.

I hired Mr. Cowan for a ticket which would have resulted in moving violation points being assessed against my D.L. and raising my insurance rates. He quickly had it reduced down to a equipment violation. I didn't have to take a day off work to attend court and he only charged $300 for his services.
